Rebirth
Rebirth von JDL thematisiert die georgische Kultur als Ausdruck von Überlebenswillen und Widerstandskraft.
Das Werk zeigt zwei Frauenfiguren: links eine mit schmerzvollem, nach oben gerichtetem Blick, rechts eine Kriegerin, die ihre Stärke zurückgewinnt. Es wird der Weg von Leid zu neuer Kraft und Selbstbehauptung dargestellt - diese Haltung zeigt sich in Georgiens Geschichte, in den Worten der Nationalhymne und ganz besonders im traditionellen Tanz.
Georgian culture centers on survival and the warrior spirit. For decades, they fought for their existence. Unlike other countries, Georgia celebrates its resilience instead of victimhood. This spirit is reflected in their national anthem and traditional dance, celebrating the strength gained through hardship.
The mural depicts two Georgian women: one with an agonizing glance upward on the left, and one regaining her strength in warrior attire on the right.
