The mural Adgilis Deda (Georgian: ადგილის დედა) - literally, the "mother of locality" or "place-mother", created by Belarusian artist, speaks of the feminine essence and depicts a woman associated with hope and love. The ancient Georgians believed that each place - mountain, hill, ravine - had a "mother" which they called the "place-mother". Also, according to Georgian mythology, in contrast to the Western myth, women are associated with the sun and men - with the moon. In the mural, this woman in her defensive position protects a man, signified by the moon, holding him close to her chest, which illustrates amulet power.
